Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Black. If something is not right, we make returns simple.

7-day returns

You can return any unworn, unwashed item with its original tags within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email sachin.uppal@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will share return instructions and a return address. For hygiene reasons, worn or washed items cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will approve your refund and process it to your original Razorpay payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to reflect it.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Start a return for the original and place a new order, or email us and we will help arrange an exchange subject to availability.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email sachin.uppal@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it at no cost to you.

2-Year fade guarantee

If your Black fades, greys or pills within two years of everyday wear, we will replace it. Cold wash inside out and line dry to keep it at its best.
