Every Black order ships free across India. We process and dispatch orders within 2 business days, and you will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are usually faster; remote pin codes may take a little longer. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on every pack. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Tracking your order
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please write to us at sachin.uppal@gmail.com and we will sort it out.
Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
